Fabiana Musicco has been working for the IPRS on a permanent basis since 2010 and is an expert in the field of the social innovation processes necessary for the transformation of welfare systems. She combines managerial skills matured over the course of the past 15 years and her extensive knowledge in analyzing social needs to develop and assess the impact of social interventions. Moreover, she has gained years of experience through her research, training ant tutoring work in issues regarding immigration, integration policies for third country nationals and the inclusion of disadvantaged people in the labor market.
She is a Lecturer and tutor in training courses for young people and adults on the subject of management and organization of NGOs and voluntary groups, entrepreneurship, social enterprises and social impact assessment.
She has many years experience selecting, monitoring and evaluating projects co-financed by EU funds. Her role as senior consultant in fact, has allowed her to gain expert knowledge especially where EU projects aimed at third country national integration are concerned. Thanks also to her experience in the editorial field, over the past 15 years she has matured communication and activation of network skills both in the private and institutional sector.
